How I can import MTS Freespace 2 models in Bryce 4.1 / 5? What programm Volition using for creating cutscenes?

as far as i know you cant import any FS2 models into Bryce,and FS and FS2 models can only be converted to cob and Treuspace uses cob files,and in treuspace you can convert them to other formats like dxf and 3ds files,but not for bryce,hope this helps   (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/wink.gif)

i don't know what [V] uses for makeing cutscene's,and we cant convert them into MVE format only [V] has the programs to do that.

Welcome to the HLPBB and Inferno board  

You can use a program like Truespace or 3DS Max to make the cutscenes, but you then have to send them to Volition for MVE encoding.

FreeSpace 2 supports only MVE files? Or may be I can make movies in avi/bik/avi uncompressed?

Thanks for the SSJ Gigas, Woomeister! Really powerful thing! I'll use Gigas in DeepSpace Campaign, ok?

Yup only MVE files,as Woomeister said you can make them in Treuspace,or in 3DSMax.
and avi/bik etc files won't work (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/wink.gif)

Me have too (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/tongue.gif)

I got it off of *** ******* ********* ****. Only converts MVE/L to EXE and back, nothing special really... Can't encode with it.

Stop. I've warned you once, if you show more signs of not listening, you'll be banned for a week (at least). And I doubt you'll be missed.

MVEExtract unfortunately only allows the playing of MVE outside of FS2, but does not convert anything into MVE. Pity...
