It's actually 3 project in one - 3 Star Trek games are being developed, but all use the resources from the same storage area (models, textures, effects, images, etc..). Those resources are made by the community (yours truly included :D)
The projects are going nicely, there are even some VERY EARLY demos. check it out :D
