Title: Aiee, confused...Whats safe for me to use?

CVS builds, stable branch  :nervous:, i have no idea what the numbers mean either, Help me..........

Which is the latest approved two thumbs up, good to go, all shiny version and where would i normally go to get it?

Sorry if i sound panicked, but i have only just realised how out of date my builds are. (circa nov 06)

You're only a month out of date then. 3.6.9 official (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,44291.0.html) is what you should be using. The media VPs haven't even changed.

Now if you fancy bug testing and reporting in Mantis there are newer builds you can try.

I'm just not that attentive, I'd just get bored with the crashes and go play football outside to be hoinest......... :rolleyes:
