Title: Glitches in FS1

I'm having some problems with FS1. I created a new profile, so it wouldnt confuse the launcher, when i reach the missions where i get to use aspect-seeking missiles, they arent there. All that shows up in the weapons room is 'interceptor-weak', and i cant load it.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how do i get around it?

Are you playing FS1 or the port for FS2?

you dont get to use the interceptor till 2 or 3 missions after the aspect missile training

yer but when im doing the training, the instructor says u have a full bank of aspect-seekers, and i dont  :wtf:

do u mean that its just a small glitch and i will get them later on? if thats the case i can handle it. Im just worried that it means the aspect-lock system for my FS port is screwed.

Agh, this must be the 27th thread about the same issue.

It's just some weird mistake that was already present in the retail FS1. The training mission appears before the campaign file even gives you the right to wield interceptor missiles.

Check out this post (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,47293.msg962994.html#msg962994) from Goober, download the attatchment and punch it in \fsport\data\missions. Worked for me.
