A free program that includes a tutorial. Instead of putting more people on for my campaign, i want to learn this stuff myself.

I don't either, but you don't have to pay for it and that's a pretty good selling point :p

Thanks. I can see it'll take some time to learn. I'm still trying to figure out the basics of Wings3D, but i'll learn.

wings 3d has better uv-maping IMO.

liths not too bad, it takes a little bit to learn, maybe some face to keyboard contact at first, but after that its not to hard to work with. only drawback in my opinion is its another program you have to go through to get stuff done.

IMO it would be a smarter move to get ahold of 3dsMax, and learn both modelling and UVmapping aspects of it. ;)
