Title: Fatal errors

Hello everyone. I'm having what seem to be random errors with FS2 Open.

When I look at the log, this is what I have:

I'm running SCP pack V 1.5c with no mods. The error occurs in both OpenGL mode and Direct3D8.

SCP pack 1.5c is out of date, latest version is 1.9 (check link in my sig)
