I Stumbled Across this... careful, it's very fun, IMHO!
http://www.plasmapong.com/
For Windows XP/Vista or Mac
Singleplayer:
Left-click = blower
Right-click = vacuum
Mouse U/D = your pong paddle up/down
This supposedly has multi... but the AI is pretty good. And, the soundtrack rocks!
EDIT: It does have multi, but not over the Internet... :(
Multiplayer:
Player 1 controls:
D = blower
A = vacuum
W/S = paddle up/down
Player 2 controls:
Cursor <- = blower
Cursor -> = vacuum
Cursor U/D = paddle up/down
NOTE: When you use the vacuum, if you capture the pong ball, and then release the vacuum, it sort of 'explodes' and launches the ball very nicely. ;)

I've already played it. It's not too fun. All you do is hold down the mouse button and blow the ball at the opponent. They won't be able to deflect it.
-
Eh? What version did you play? Latest is 1.3c, and the AI is pretty good. *shrugs* Try it again for me? It's easy for the first 5-10 levels perhaps.

neat! it has online scores!
im commandersnipes on the scoreboard, taka is doomcat.
-
You can play vs taka in multi mode. ;)
-
finished...
me: 10
taka: 8
he would like too add...
"you just changed the plasma settings in sandbox mode to confuse me"
-
Is taka your older or younger brother?
Tell him to stop being a sore looser. :p
-
Meh. I would rather play normal pong.
-
I'd play it... if they ported it to linux.
Playing in WINE = hell
-
Hmm, well, it's been ported to Mac OS X, so Linux shouldn't be too far behind...

Ah Plasma Pong... fun times

That doesn't mean anything. Porting from linux to OSX is fairly easy. Not so easy the other way around.
