Personally, I like Tremulous, Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, Urban Terror, Sauerbraten, Open Arena... ya, ok, FPS games... BZ Flag is a good one. True Combat: Elite is supposedly a good mod for Wolfen: ET Cube & ActionCube are good.
EDIT: And no, I don't think I found the specific list that I was referring to. :p
