Why did you get the games twice?
-
because he is a freak! :P
-
also because an unopened, sealed copy of FS2 is worth a couple hundred $
...i predicted that when they said they were going to stop making them.
so i went to the store and bought as many as i could find. i have a couple other copies sealed away somewhere, waiting till they're worth a fortune

I've still got my full sized FS1 box (the blue/white one in the center) with the keyboard control pop up and the pull out cd sleve and stuff. The inside of the flip out cover was always amusing to look at.

freespace battlepack = freepsace + silent treath?
-
unfortunately
-
why unfortunately? ;)

always hated Silent Threat
just so poorly done, it was comperable to a 3000AD game
actually, since you're around, what ever happened to swooh?

I would post the stereotypical "OMG HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT OMG OMG," but I'd rather say, "At least it doesn't crash and it's still playable. 3000ad had horrible random crashes and stuff."
-
but it still has a mission which had a single event, and it was a message sent 0 seconds in asking "Are we just going to sit here and wait?"

yeah silent threat, as a whole, sucked, but i still had fun playing it :)
comparable to 3000AD? *shudders*
swooh's still around. doing better than ever. we're running it on a dual processor, dual core Opteron monster, with 8 GB RAM, and almost a terabyte of hard drive space.
also, it's running on redundant 20Mbit fiber trunks.

If you don't mind me asking, what's Swooh?
-
