There will be another lunar eclipse this Tuesday, visible from the America's, Australia, and eastern Asia. (Sucks for you, Europe-dwellers) :p This one is notable for being the longest lasting one in quite a while; the moon will be in umbral shadow for 1 hour and 46 minutes, starting at 9:52am UT (4:52am East US).

Whoops, I completely screwed the time conversion... it actually starts at ~5am Eastern. Little late for most folks unfortunately. :doubt:

looks like im starting to see some eclipsing. il shoot some shots in abit.

Tis in totality and set for my viewing area. Managed to catch some views through scattered cloud and it looked pretty cool as it was very low on the horizon.

my camera was a total piece of ****, couldnt ghet anything non-blurry. which sucked because the shot woulda made a totally n3kr0 black metal album cover :D

Looked rather nice. It's no Solar eclipse, but it'll have to do.

i saw one from phoenix a few years ago that was much cooler looking
