Title: adv effects

How do I know if I have these activated? What are they called in the menu -  before you play the game, the yes or no options you check? :confused:

Just place the VP in your mediavps folder, there shouldn't be problems... :)

Yes, but what effects do they bring to the game/options?

Much better beams and glowmaps... you have just to place the VP in your mediavps folder. :)

will there be an option to check or uncheck them in the graphics section of the launcher?

If you want them: place the VP in your mediavps folder.

If you don't want them: place the VP elsewhere.

they include animated glowmaps, an animated shockwave, and flashy beams (VA and bob made some better ones).
