Title: Multiplayer questions

We're trying to do a multiplayer campaign, but neither of us can change our weapon loadouts before the mission?

edit: erm, we decided to just go with it, and found we can change our loadouts after the server clicks the lock button.  Somehow this seems counter-intuitive

Also, is there a way to save the progress of a multiplayer campaign, or do you have to do an entire half of it in one go?

You have to do the whole campaign in one go. I'd like to see that changed but it will be a while before that happens most likely.
