I downloaded the game except some of the graphics (the player, enemies, and useable items) are just big white blocks. Otherwise it's really fun!

Quote from TAGAP FAQ:

There are only white boxes where characters should be!
This problem is caused by integrated video cards (i.e. Intel Graphics), which are used in workstation computers, budget PCs and some laptops. These video cards usually don't fully support OpenGL – the interface TAGAP uses for graphics – causing some graphic elements to appear as white boxes. However, depending on your chipset, there might be new, better drivers available, so consult the website of the chipset manufacturer. You can see the chipset make and model from Windows Device Manager.

Dude? You ever heard of the setup screen?

Also... Once again, a quote from the TAGAP FAQ:

Quote
My display doesn't support 800x600 resolution!
Though TAGAP is designed to run in 800x600, it doesn't mean you can't switch the resolution. Just remember that since it's 2D graphics, using higher resolutions won't give you extra detail, but scretches the view to fit your screen. You can also run the game in a window, if you wish.

Heh, I didn't look through that post since I thought it was something AGP-bus related.
The game reminds me of the Armageddon Armadillo Assault, which was fun as long as it lasted.

In any case moderators can delete this thread since it has been put here before.

Or I can simply merge the two.

Which would be far more sensible.

I needed some time to realise how to play the game. Every time you net 100 frags you will get either invulnerability or quadruple fire. They can be used to make things a lot easier. But damn it's addictive, I especially liked the stage where you fly with a combat chopper with a mass slaughter additude. Secondary fire modes are also interesting.

Hehe, it is recommendable to move forwards with the quadruple fire, then in some stages you need to have the invulnerability, like in the end of the chopper stage. So, usually I move into a position where the zombies cannot attack me and use the secondary fire mode of the shotgun to launch a grenade to quickly net several kills. This way you also gain health. Another neat trick is to use the plasma gun, flame thrower or the minigun to remove screenful of zombies to net some health bonii, not to mention get quadruple fire, at that point the uzis became pretty murderous weapons.

Tokyo is a nice stage also. "Pedro the Penguin's three easy steps to conquer the world" lecture!

I got to the scientist, but can't kill him...urgh.

Well you can't as long as the instant health replenisher system is conneted to him. Try to jump over the scientist and you will find a switch which will lower a elevator and you can disable the regeneration system.
