Title: who was that one kid...

some of you veterans will know who i'm talking about... he was a real noob, but at least he tried (poor guy).  every 3 or 4 months he'd show up and advertise his website.  and he'd try to recruit people to be his webmaster or forum administrator.  always really cheesy websites.  what was his name?

EagleClaw is the first to come to mind, I seem to recall a stage of Cobra etc, setting up boards on some free BBS type server or something.
