Title: The Shivan Manifesto Page...

...does not have an accessible Shivan Manifesto.

The link (http://www.cyd.liu.se/users/~johbu692/The%20Shivan%20Manifesto.pdf) should go to (it says) a downloadable copy of the Shivan Manifesto, but instead it gives a 403 "Forbidden" error saying that the website may require a log-in.

Can someone look into this?

They switched webservers, AFAIK the creator of that file is going to have to reset the permissions.  :/  PM him, perhaps?
