I think I found a bug in the Awakenings campaign (I refer to version 3.0 for the SCP). In one of the later missions, Sands of Normandy, once all the Shivans are cleared out and the cruisers Wolf and London have jumped in, I'm told to investigate some "strange readings" near the Delta Serpentis jump node.
Trouble is, there's absolutely NOTHING anywhere near the jump node, nor even within several dozen kilometers. Accordingly, nothing happens, and there is no way to complete the mission.
Was this fixed in a later version?

Alpha 4's supposed to run off and check it out, getting killed in the process and triggering Shivan arrival.
Was Alpha 4 already dead at that point in your playthrough? Cause that'd do it.

That, or ordering Alpha 4 to do something, like guard a ship. That's what happened to me on my first attempt. Play the mission and make sure you don't issue any orders to Alpha 4 or even the entire Alpha wing.

Alpha 4 apparently didn't get the memo, because he was still alive. So, nothing happened.
I tried it again, this time without ordering Alpha wing to do anything, and he met his fate as planned.
