I forget if i posted this or not. If i did it was not on youtube before. What do you think of these videos?
http://youtube.com/watch?v=-XT0ltSk7QQ - Free Space still waiting
http://youtube.com/watch?v=xsSm5UyXcXY - Freespace trailer.

Oh , I saw those a while ago . Nice ones . But I prefer the trailer you made . It was "powerfull" ( in a good way ) . Good job . :)
-
Nice trailer :) The Requiem for a Dream remix is a great song...currently experimenting with it as a battle track :D
-
Avoid overlapping musical scores. It's very evident during the herc & manticore fight scene.
-
I think I saw the trailer before. YouTube is really slow now, It doesn't even buffer fast enough, which it used to.
-
The first one is cool... for the second one, you need the ability to adjust the volume between the two audio tracks as necessary, or just use your audio instead of the stuff the actual cutscenes are playing.
-
Thanks for the reviews! THe reason i could not make 2 audio trackes is because I'm using... *gulp* windows movie maker. I get 1 audio track.
Oh, by the way, if your interested, i made a new video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRkyD0iZ4WY It's another freespace trailer.

Will watch when I'm not at work...

That song is off of Pirates of The Caribbean, is it not?

Again...inermixing sounds..when two musical scored play at the same time...it's usually not good.
-
In this case, it's much better, though.
Here, try some of these out (I found them by browsing the www.free-codecs.com > Tools > Video Editors category):
Also, take a poke around that site, see if there's any other stuff there that can help you. Most of it's freeware, some is shareware. Just look at the "license type" to find out which.
