I can't find a Base download that works can someone help me?

You need to do a special thing to install to someplace other that c:\program files\The Babylon Project though.

But at least this one is still up. The chances for finding a working link to a mirror of hip's installer depend greatly on the position of stars and planets, as well as on what the pope had for breakfast today.
