I'll use this topic to ask questions that I think would have a simple answer.
Does EMP work with primary weapons?
How can I make limited ammo primaries like in BTRL?

Use Ballistic (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Weapons.tbl#.22Ballistic.22) tag for ammo with weapons.

Would supply ships reload ammo?

My weapon does not appear to be reloaded properly by supply ships.

Have you set the $Rearm Rate to something sensible.
FYI - I did have the same problem sometimes with weapons not reloading :P

Which brings me to my second question: does EMP work with primaries?

Look at the .TBL entry for the EMP Adv. It should tell you how to add EMP. You may need to have the primaries as a missile type weapon, though. Or just have EMP on impact.

Look through the sounds.tbl (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Sounds.tbl) and try them out.

My weapon does not appear to be reloaded properly by supply ships.
IIRC, there was a bug that ballistic primaries in the second weapon group wouldn't be reloaded properly. It'd reload 100 shells and then the support ship would just sit there indefinitely.
I think that bug's been fixed for 3.6.10, but an SCP person should probably poke his head in here and say for sure.

Yeah that's what I was talking about.
Also would AI ships reload when necessary?

1. Find a weapon sound from anywhere. (other games, etc)
2. Convert file format if necessary
3. place it in the appropriate folder/custom VP
4. Make a "<name>-wep.tbm" in notepad, with the info for the weapon, and the location of the sound.
5. Play!

Where can I find some decent Vasudan fighter models? Most of the one I saw on Hades sucked.
