I want 4 Auolus cruisers to come either when my Derwent destroyer is disabled or when my entire wing is down. What sexps should i use?
Post images if possible
PS. Another question, Is the speed in FS2 measured in km/h or m/s?

Set the arrival cue for each cruiser as seen in the image below, and that should do the trick. And it is m/s.

Now i wanna know how come i can't place a way point inside my Knossos?

You may be unintentionally hitting the model when clicking. Try placing it elsewhere and using the orientation editor (shift-O) to set the coordinates to where you want it.

Now i want to know why my 4 corvettes(were cruisers) arent attacking with beams while in range and beam freed?

Try clicking "All Beams Freed by Default" in the Mission Specs editor. Makes everything much easier.

Better than Karajorma's! Try ZylonBane's (http://home.att.net/~clay.h/fs2/beamfaq.htm).
Bascially, calibrenden, you need a SEXP to unlock the beams. The FAQ I just linked should provide enough information on how to get the SEXP working.

now that you mention it, Does the IFF Unknown make the corvettes enemies to the Vasudan Destroyer?

Ah. Hit "all teams at war" in the Mission Specs. That might do it.

1. If that first post was directed at me, then you should have known, being "no amateur" that you either had to beam-free the ship or select "beam-free-all" in the mission specs editor. Your questions would have been answered by reading Karajorma's FAQ, the very thing I recommended you to do... :rolleyes:
2. Yes, AFAIK, Unknown ships are not automatically targeted by Friendly ships. They *are* classified as "unknown".... Dark Hunter's fix should work. If it doesn't, add a goal to the corvettes and cruisers to ai-chase the GVD Derwent.

There might be a slight snag in the 'all teams at war' idea... Namely..
Default iff_defs.tbl
;------------------------
; Unknown
;------------------------
$IFF Name: Unknown
...
$Flags: ( "exempt from all teams at war" )

Just set the unknowns to attack. Your ships will return fire automaticly.

Ok lets put the storyline straight.
Rebel Vasuadan Destroyer found Knossos to Sol and im suppose to intercept them.
4 Unknown Corvettes suddenly jump out of the portal and start attacking the Destroyer.
EVENTUALLY they find out that they are the Sol Defence Initiative.

Mark the corvettes neutral and set all teams at war. (Both teams will appear red and will attack the player) Or mess around with iff_defs.tbl. Your choice really.
