Hey Guys, I just have one small problem I was hoping someone could help me with: When I first downloaded the SCP, I enabled the special features I wanted. After I finished the main Freespace 2 campaign, I loaded fsport. Everything up to this point was working beautifully. The problem came when I tried to go back to the main Freespace 2 campaign. When I switched back, none of the graphical features worked. I had also enabled the additional scanning lines and the info next to the target and both of these work, but none of the new models, graphics, etc. were visible--these were all the standard graphics. Now, the SCP graphics work great whenever I load a mod, but not with the Freespace 2 campaign. Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

1. Open the Launcher
2. Open the MOD tab
3. Select the mediavps folder as mod

Ah ha! I figured it was something simple like that. Thanks Lobo, I appreciate your help and speedy reply!

Turey, can you stick this file into the standard download when your installer downloads FS2_Open?
That should stop threads like this appearing as when people select no mods the mod.ini will be parsed and the information will appear saying that no FS2_Open VPs are in use now.

This came up a while ago. Someone said that there was some horrible (or not) error that sticking a mod.INI in the root folder.

Given that I've had one in there for nigh on 3 years now I find it somewhat doubtful.
