Title: Steering problem
Post by: Tyr on January 06, 2008, 06:36:10 am
I'm currently running FS2 on a laptop, and naturally it has no numpad. The steering is annoying and my mouse doesn't work (the ship doesnt respond to its movemements) is there any way to rebind pitch and yawn to the arrow keys ?

The button configuration is accessible from the in-game settings. Hold on, I'll try to find one of my old posts that contains working laptop button settings.

Edit: Try this:

Q=afterburner, D=primary fire, 5=external view, alt-5=cycle radar range, 6=chase view, 7=decrease speed 5%, 8=increase speed 5%, 9= 1/3 speed, 0= 2/3 speed, +=decease weapon energy, ´´=increase weapon energy, å=decrease shield energy, ¨=increase shield energy, ä=decrease engine energy, '=increase engine energy, arrow keys for turning the ship, W=equalize shields, Insert, Delete, Home and End for controlling shield quadrants.

If your mouse isn't working, make sure it's enabled on the options page.
