Wine piracy!
I'd imagine you could rig something to do that, though. It would involve a lot of work, though.
You'd have to open up your laptop, disconnect the desired USB port, see if you can fit in a little sac in there and wrap it around the port. You'd have to have a valve in the sac's opening that get's mechanically pushed open as you slide the USB faucet in (and likewise closes when you take it out). The sac would have to be under reasonably high pressure, too; assuming that you don't want to have to pump it yourself.
EDIT: I say "though" way too much.
