I'll click on this ad sometimes just because of how random the topics are "Descent Meeting", "Descent Network", Descent Descent Descent...

This one takes the cake.

That's what I figured. Click the "About" link at the bottom to get the company site. The English version looks like it was run through BabelFish.

Looks like they didn't get hits on their site so they're appealing to the wider internet. (pr0n)
