After reading this (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Fighter_squadrons) I realized that it can(and it should) be expanded. Do you think it's the case to do it? Another important thing: there's no "Bomber squadron" page. I think there should be only one page("Squadrons List") in which all squadrons should be listed.
What do you think?
-
Expanded to include what? AFAIK all the canon squadrons are listed. And I'm not aware of any other squadron list page except this one.
-
I think that the confusion is arising from the fact that the page is entitled "Fighter Squadrons", which can be taken to mean all single-man combat craft or just single-man combat craft which aren't bombers. I think that it is the former...
Perhaps the page should be renamed to simply "Squadrons".

There's enough space for canon and not-canon squadrons in the Wiki. There's a page about Darius' 222nd Nightwolves from Blue Planet. I think all squadrons should be listed there.
Canon squadrons are separate from the rest of the list and I still don't know why bomber squadrons have been excluded.
-
I don't think that the list excludes bomber squadrons. The 64th Raptors are there, for example. What specific squadrons missing from the list?
And IMO we don't need a separate page for canon and non-canon squadrons. Both are easy to get to with this setup. But I'll go with whatever the community opinion is.
The 222nd Nightwolves page is one of several non-canon squadrons on the Wiki, which are listed here (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Category:Non-canon_squadrons). What are you requesting, exactly? That we move the squadron list to the Nightwolves page?
Well anyway, we now have a Squadron list (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Squadron_list) page.

I would like campaign designers to write something about their squadrons, that is all.
EDIT: TrashMan's squads don't have a cardinal number near them.
-
Does it have to be a published campaign or can it be a work in progress?
-
Yes, any "living" WIP, or a famous dead WIP, has the right to be on the Wiki. In fact, we already have quite a few pages on WIP campaigns. When it comes to simple ASCII text articles like these, bandwith and server space are not big concerns.
-
Perfect...Steadfast and INFA are coming! ;7
EDIT: Please follow a numerical order.
EDIT2: Feedback? :)
-
Looks fine.
-
MANY campaigns are missing, however...
-
By living, you mean announced with a site? Or just announced with hearsay?
-
WIP campaigns that will be released, like INFA1 and Steadfast.
If someone adds info about the campaigns they must be living, right? ;)
-
Say i had an 80% complete campaign that i never spoke about would it be viable i mean :) i might polish up an old one actually now i know i'm gonna be around to read the reviews. Hold a space for me.

Only Steadfast has so many squadrons, other campaigns have less than 3 of them. 3- lines there won't change anything, the problem comes if there are plenties of pages about squadrons we will never see in combat.
