Title: Does anyone remember?

Does anyone here remember that old weapon effect generator posted here a while ago? I tried a search but I couldn't find it so could someone help me out? Also, while I'm at it. What does everyone use for the .ani files of explosions and shields and warps and stuff. Making it frame by frame in photoshop just seems ridiculous and all the animating programs I know are too cartoony. Any help on either subject would be appreciated :D

Sounds like you might be referring to the procedural effect generator Bobboau made. If so, I seem to recall him having a link in his sig, so just find a post by him or look him up in the member list.

Alrighty then. I found it but I have absolutely NO idea how to use it. Thanks for the help though. Do you have any other suggestions for weapon effects programs?
