Title: Apple patenting multitouch gestures

This sounds like a great opportunity for China. With American companies (and presumably other western-allied countries as well) tied up in litigation, they'll be able to release knockoff products using the same gestures as Apple's and gain a tidy competitive advantage over Western manufacturers.
