Title: Corrupt FS2 CD, need tango1_fs2.vp

As everyone may know I finally got my new pc after almost 2 years. So, after I dusted off my FS2 case I popped in the CDs and started the installation. But, it seems that disc 2 is not in as good a shape as I last left it, although it has no dust or scratches on it. Every single file but tango1_fs2.vp installed so I am kind of at a loss. It has been quite a while so I'm not exactly sure where I can find it online. Downloading the whole game is not an option as I'm still stuck with dial-up. If someone could please point me in the right direction.

Try the SkipDR. Advanced. Well worth the 50$ if you have it.

More related to your problem, Stealth hosted all of the .VPs recently.
