Title: Video & MUsifc Formats (converting)

Is there anything I can use to convert music and video to different formats ? I'm tryign to get some stuff to work on my new phone. I have some video with a (IIRC) .rm extension which plays in Real Player8 on my PC and the phone manual says it can play (amongst others) Real8 which I assume is the same but won't play on the phone.
