Title: Linux PS3 ?

Has anyone installed linux on there PS3, if so:

1)Which distro would be the best to run FreeSpace 2 on,
2)Can you use the PS3 Controler for FS through Linux.

Next time go to google and type in Linux PS3

The first thing I got was Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linux_for_PlayStation_3)

The wiki says Linux Kernel 2.6.21 and on supports PS3

Ubuntu has a guide (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/PlayStation_3). Fedora looks promising but IDK
