Title: Question about squads

Im trying to make my player change squads for a mission i've made. I set the name of the squad in the Mission Specs editor. Then I converted my image to PCX and placed it in missions directory in freespace 2. It wont show up at all when I play the mission nothing at all comes up about a squad change.

Squad images don't go in the mission directories.  They go in ..\FreeSpace 2\[mod folder, if using FSOpen]\data\players\squads

I've put the image in the suads folder but it still isnt showing up on my ships. Ive told it to squad reassign in the mission. What's up?

Ah.  I forgot....  A large number of the HTL-upgraded fighters to not have places designated for squad logos.  Give it a try with a non-updated ship or in retail FS2 to see if it's working correctly.
