You need to have the mediavps and SCP exes for it to work. Or just the SCP executables and a seperate skybox correctly placed in FS2 folders.

Open a mission in FRED2 SCP, open the background menu, in the small skybox window in that menu, type in the name of the skybox ( default one is starfield.pof ), press the Enter key, save the mission file and that's about it.

Does any1 have a skybox of SOL and other systems? Where can you get them etc  :nervous:

Make them?
They're boxes. UV'ed to textures.
How hard? Takes (almost) no skill! Oh, and you could ask around, I think. The're are a few for DL, plus, you can rip them from various mods.

All I know about making models is how to change the texture path once its applyed, so I got bucklies there  :lol:
Does Babylon 5 mod use skyboxes? They had a great view of earth in their E/M war final mission :D
