Title: Persistent scores?
Post by: Colonol Dekker on March 25, 2008, 05:36:57 pm
I'm considering getting one of those T-Mobile internet usb dongle jobbys now i've got half a tb to fill with crap. And i wondered if the new FS2 multi mimics PXO and saves scores and rank progress. I wish i had my old pilot file :(

BtRL does. FS2 does if you play without the media VPs (i.e retail data only). This will change after the 3.6.10 media VPs are out of beta. TBP should be getting validated fairly soon too for that matter.

Ok nice. I'm using the old 3.6.8 media .vps that i got while work paid for broadband. So i'm gonna wait til i got broadband (although my phone has the space i don't have the patience)
Cheers Karajorma. Any experience with the devices in question?

It's not Mobile related, it's in short a usb device with 3G speed(ish) or better, you can pop into any computer as the account is tied to the dongle as far as i know, i'd like to know if anyone else has used one. The online reviews are promising but nothing beats word of (e)mouth for a realistic view.
