ok i v got a problem
if i play the standalone versions of Babyon Project or BSG Behind the Red Line iv got somekind of stops for 0,5 secs sometimes when i play.. its not lagging or something it just stops sometimes it happens very often when the action is em .. intensive but it happens also if nothing happen ... just when i fly around....
the strange think is .. i got this problems too with the wing commander saga prolog but then i changed some settings with the launcher and the problems were gone..
so.. i did the same thing with the other too games but it just dont work .. and i have no idea why .. i mean its the same engine...
so maybe anyone got an idea what i could do .. ohh and all games are up to date...

my settings are in the attachment .. which allowed me to play WC Saga Prolog perfectly

Switch to OpenGL? Direct3D is highly unsupported.

ok.. looks like many nvidia card users have this problems
and how could i update fs2 open 3.6.9 to 3.6.10 .. for the Babylon Project and BSG behind the Red Line
-
Download a 3.6.10 build and stick it in the same folder as those two games. Then simply run it.
Be warned though that neither game have been patched to run on 3.6.10. They should work, but they may not.

IIRC, BtRL has (had?) problems with 3.6.10 not liking its objectypes.tbl

I've run it through the debugger a few times recently and not seen that. It did repeatedly complain about null MOIs but I don't remember seeing anything objectypes.tbl related.
Either we fixed it or it depends on running a mission with a certain ship in it.

Actually that was a HEAD build thing. trunk doesn't have this problem. So it's 'fixed'.

That's right, now I remember. Thanks.
