I imagine "the google" picked up keywords in our wonderful conversations about God - or favorite polygons and sent the appropriate ad.

i saw a tanning ad about Summer Glow, but i misread it and thought it was about Summer Glau


i was dissapointed :-(

Ads are by Google....they use keywords in the page they are displayed on to try and direct and target the ads to people interested in them.  Because we discuss so many things we get a deluge of different ads that are likely not very relevant to us on the whole.
