Hi all,
I did some VA work for Goob and wandered into the forums today while trying to find out what happened to our project (I'm glad to see it's still going strong :) ). I've been away from VA for a while, but I'd like to ease back into it... since I prefer voicing game characters to doing radioplays, I thought I'd put a sample of my work here (http://media.putfile.com/Demo---August-07).
Thanks for listening!

Nice!
You're a bit late to contribute to Warzone SCP but there are many other campaigns in need of VA. Stay tuned, Sol: A History could be VAed very soon :)

it's a good thing there are alot of girl VA now. it had gotten to the point where we were changing the pitch of male voices to make them sound female.

Actually, that works quite well, if I'm not mistaken.
The opposite doesn't, however.

It helps if the male voice actor can modulate their voice and change their speech cadence to sound more feminine before the pitch changing is done, I think.

you got some time to spare?

There are a few candidates for Role2 but not a single one for role1. PM if you are interested (and PM if you are not too, makes things easier :) )

We need female voice actors for Blue Planet. PM sent, but if you're watching this thread, hopefully this'll get your attention.

I am strangely drawn to the "liek ohmygod, that is the cutest purse ever"....
but the Irish makde me laugh... no offense. Cool RPG/LOTR style "nought but darkness" stuff" lines:yes:

I know, I loved that one.
"It rained and begat thousands of lesser beings... like, OMG, that is the cutest purse ever!"
Not mocking, it was all really good, the juxtaposition was just too good to not mention. :)

Well, ST:R has been released, so you can listen to her there. :D She voices Admiral Tess, C.O. of the GTD Soyakaze.
