Title: FRED, the launcher, and mod selection in 3.6.10

Both Cole and I discovered once that the launcher can control mod selection for FREDOpen in 3.6.10.  However, neither of us have been able to duplicate it.

Can any of you programmers explain the feature and how it [is supposed to] work?

AFAIK that feature exists only in XT branch (ie. Taylors) fred builds. Basically you just choose the mod via launcher and then use FRED without any mod related command line.
