Interesting.... :wtf:
-
ni...ce........ ahem... wtf.

Exactly my reaction. Except that, trying to say all of those simultaneously led to something more like
"whaha-aluhadurwhotfehuuuuah???"
Lightwave the ultimate renderer. MY ASS!

Well, you probably dont have your plugins set up properly.....
Ive had that problem too...
click on layout>plugins>edit plugins and tell it to scan your LW directory....
then try rendering it..
-
::suggestion::
run your anit-virus prog to check for viruses.....though at this time I don't think it is...your sys resources could be overused which means when information is being transferred from your hdd to ram and back ...something like that the information can be mutated either through a ram bug or because your computer can't handle it due to numerous progs running simultaneously.
it happened to me in word97 but I wasn't running anything else except nav, configsafe and the little sound thingy on the nav bar next to time..I was copying huge amount of data among two word files and word crashed...the bad thing was I couldn't open either files anymore...I had been working on it for 3 months, but only made a backup at 2 months....so I lost a months worth of summarised origin data for my fs2 project. wah wah wah :(
well hope this helps :D

or you could try Thorn's idea...
-
or maybe just set up your video card settings in LW?
-
Or you could switch to 3D Studio MAX r4. Go on, give in. Join the dark side Stryke. Feel the power. :thepimp: :drevil:

Thanks, Thorn. I dunno, maybe I'd better keep it tho, it does even freakier things with some of the hypervoxel presets...:D
An0n: Got it. It renders for ****e. You call THAT a texturing engine? :p

are you sure this wasn't rendered in 16 color mspaint??
-
This is a 16 color image...
However, it may not have been made in paint... ;)
NOTE: Thorn made the image, I just made it 16 color...

That's what we all said (about dithered 16-color images) back in the 8-bit days. :doubt:
