Title: Alternative to Crazybump

Now that crazybumps gone commerical what other good alternatives are there?

I've got that one installed, but is there a way to do adjustments like crazybump does?

On the Height map to normal map tool.
Smooth will reduce the strength and also Method has a big effect on strength. On the swizzle set Y to -Y.
