They do that to get past filters that auto-junk phrases like 'retail software'. The garbled text at the bottom is also there so the filter doesn't scan the body of the message and recognize it as a sales pitch.

I feel for ya, Cole.  This is pretty weird, and annoying spam.  I even have a few e-mails like that, and they are very annoying.  Some ad and then a long, misunderstood poem and a big fake word after that.

I hate it.

I do wonder why I never receive any spam whatsoever... not that I really want to, but my mailbox never seems to be on anybody's list.

Same here. During my life, I think I've received, like, 6 spam emails. That's it. Not that I'd want more. It just feels weird.

Would you like your penis enlarged?
Are you, by chance, implying something?

Gmail filters out all my spam...

In return, they post their own advertisments all over their interface.

QFT. Although the Dandy family has taken a likng to me, they've offered me over 100 million dollars in their father's various companies. It's weird how one kid says that he's a bank manager/refugee, one says he's a cocoa farmer, one says he's a diamond miner...

Oh I don't care about it myself, it was just so bizarre I posted it.

I think the purpose of those things is to get around spam filters. Apparently a long chain of random, specialized words like that makes a lot of filters think it's a legitimate email.

Typing errors make that effect?
