Title: 3 Post-Capella ship concept

Hey,

So during one class when I was bored, I started drawing at the end of my notebook... Made 3 post-Capella ships ( which are gonna be turned into models for a project/mod I'm gonna make in some time, after I'm done with Ancient-Shivan war ). Sorry for the quality in advance, I took the photo from my mobile phone, which doesn't have the best of a camera...

I like them all, especially the Andromeda :D

Seems I'm bad at naming ships :p I can always just look at how terran ships are named in canon ( greek gods or something, right ? ).

And yes - I drew them ( obviously ) . ;)

Names come from Greek/Roman mithology, although there are some exceptions. :)

The Andromeda is giving me visions of the SDF-1, but this is not a bad thing. :P

Not me. I have horrible writing to match (I was raised writing 2 spaces big until grade 6, actually)

The Andromeda was based on an Orion originally. And I can't say that I can draw well. . .

Norse mythology too (Fenris, Loki, Mjolnir, Valkyrie, etc.)

I'm thinking of making concepts/sketches of an entire fleet ( as in seperate pics of the whole fleet that I imagine ). I made an idea today on a Terran frigate, Vasudan destroyer, etc.

Except Andromeda is already used thrice in the FS universe.  :P

Those were names. There is also a GTD Myrmidon in ST.

Hey, what about a list of common names used in FS, custom campaigns included, with references? That'd be nice and curious to read... :)

You can read the names in the FS Wiki. As for references you'd have to find out which come from where.
