Title: What`s the flag to make all missions available in the Tech Room again?

Either I`m blind or I can`t find it in the Wiki anywhere. Probably the former... Help me out, please.

Oh, so it`s an in-game code. I`d thought it was  a command line option. It`s been way too long since I`ve played this. Thanks.
