Make a shortcut to the FRED2_Open executable, and edit the command line to include the following options.

fred2_open_r.exe -fredhtl -mod fsport

...which will use HTL mode and fsport directory as a mod.

Hm, I thought that was already integrated? Eh, don't worry about it, it would run without it.

Personally I like having Wireframe Ship Models turned on for best performance.

Maybe the switch is just -htl instead of -fredhtl?

Exactly -fredhtl went out with the dodo. :rolleyes: also should original porter wish to fred other Mods in the future, replace fsport with the name of the folder the one is installe to. :yes2::):yes:

He didn't mention what build he was using so I thought I'd play it safe.

To be honest though, I don't know when it was integrated either. It doesn't really do anything if it is integrated, but will work on earlier builds, so... :p
