One suggestion for the main page....if it doesn't matter where the ads go put them where they don't divert attention from what your trying to advertise to the community(Us Peoples).You can place the ad banner right at the bottom of the screen, while the HLP Logo and Slogan can be placed with new images at the top. But because your site slogan promotes an objective..you should place a thin blur scroller on the top that has a tiny preloader, that'll be easy to make but you'll need to make new images to a certain size for each hosted site, this backups up your slogan and shows how many modders you've brought together!!

By saving a copy of the original image at a smaller resolution and have it link to the original pic.
ie: < A HREF="http://www.whatever.com/originalbigimage.jpg" >< IMG SRC="http://www.whatever.com/thumbnailimage.jpg" > < /A>
Note: I inserted some space so the code will be visible to you. In the final version, there will be no spaces at all.

Change the URL to ...aa2... and you get someone elses 'work'. So I'm guessing that the folder names are user names as well. It is also fair to assume that this webspace is linked in someway to the place's central network by the fact that his college(?) e-mail is the same as the folder name. Therefore username+brute force pass checking+computersname/location/whatever = security flaw.
Tada. Instant stupidity. If I had any index fingers I'd be thoroughly waggling them at the systems admin right now.
