Title: Latest .Ani viewer / compiler ?

I've been rooting through my old tools that i seen to have accumulated over the years. And i seem to have just two .ani related. AC.exe which is pretty useless under vista as the command window closes too quick for me to read the command line options, and the old decent pack aniview32.
There must be something newer out there, any recommendations?

On a related note, someone should make an eff/ani compiler and viewer.

Please?

(and no, I don't know of anything more recent either)
