If they're all the same price. Don't know if I'm gonna play any DX10 games

I'd say the 3650, it's newer tech, and you'll be able to play DX10 if you want.

What price are you talking about? You should be able to get an 8800GS for $90 after MIR.

Well I think its simple.

The 8600GTS has similar performance to the 7900 GS but with DX10 features and better HD video capabilities.  Likely lower power consumption as well.

The HD 3650 seems to loose out in the benchmarks for gaming but is otherwise packed full of features.  Why this card is priced similarly is unusual...the ATI cards recently have been priced to beat the nVidia cards feature for feature and then compare similarly on bench performance.

So the 8600 GTS is the choice.
