I didn't want to post this request for help in Recent Builds, since it's clearly pretty well-organized.
Can someone explain to me the layout of the forum? Let's say I want to get normal maps working. Will downloading Kara's recent 'Order Priorities' build let me do that, because Taylor's work on normal maps has been incorporated? Or are features generally split up between several specific builds that will be assembled later?
Also, I assume that most of the recent builds are for Windows? Is there any way to get OS X builds out of the Recent Builds forum?
I apologize if there are obvious answers to these questions (in materials like the FAQ) that I should've reviewed.

If you want normal maps, taylor's XT builds are the only ones that support them. Trunk builds are from SVN, basically where all the latest SCP source is stored.
If you want Mac OS X builds, look in Cross-Platform Development. AFAIK the last OSX XT build was 12-8-07, which was a while ago. IIRC Tinman recently released a new trunk build, and taylor is going to start releasing OSX trunk builds once every two weeks.
