Title: Derelict errors in Acquisiton mission with SCP
Post by: CaptJosh on June 15, 2008, 02:03:59 am
In the mission Acquisition, I was getting crashes from my recent trunk builds. I tried SSE2, SSE, Standard, and finally was able to play through the mission using a debug build. The only information I got from the Debug build was that the Myrmidon, Serapis, and Aten had no moment of inertia. Could I be getting crashes from too many table errors? Also, there was a piece of debris next to the cargo depo that was impossible to lock on to, and was tagged on my radar with the "IFF Unknown" color of magenta. Not sure if that's related. Anyone have any ideas?

The debris thing is intended I think. Is this the one with the Ganymede and the Deimos installation? I don't remember the names of the missions.

Yeah. You're going after some Morgan Tech personnel in an attempt to get a location for the big bad MT ship that's still out there. Still doesn't explain why on every build I made except a debug, it freezes right when Wayfarer station sends its security force after you. Though I did notice that the debug build complained that several pofs were missing when it loaded things up. Starfields and nebulae, I think.
