Title: Vexxarr's ship, from the eponymous webcomic.
Post by: bizzybody on June 15, 2008, 05:57:04 pm
Hunter Cressall posted a drawing of Vexxarr's ship from his webcomic, Vexxarr. (http://www.vexxarr.com) So of course I immediately had to whip out trueSpace 6.6 and model it. :)

I did the nacelle pylons with MeshForge 2.1, a no longer available plugin from the defunct Primitive Itch. (Works with 4.x through 6.6, dunno about 7.x.) It doesn't look it, but there's nearly 10,000 polies (mostly in the pylons) and it's not triangulated. All the various bits and pieces are separate objects with all having their axes centered at the origin.

Anyone want to take a whack at texturing it?

Honestly, did they make that with the intention of people making dick jokes?  :doubt:
