Holy Hell. (http://gizmodo.com/5018606/750000+brick-kennedy-space-center-is-the-mother-of-all-lego-models) :eek2:

IIRC, the dinosaurs in front of Legoland Cali are 250000, and those are huge. This must be MASSIVE.
I've never been there, but I have this (http://www.amazon.com/Ultimate-Lego-Book-DK-Publishing/dp/078944691X).
EDIT: IT'S OVER 9000!
This reminds me, I've got to dust off the collection, and actually make something with NXT.

[Drunk idea] Build one, attach real rockets to it, and try for the new X prize. [/Drunk idea]

You know that guy has a Lego naked woman in his bedroom.

Awesome model, but as they realized it's far from the biggest one around. I have seen that stadium before. The guy did an amazing job with the spectators in that.
This (http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=255968) one is probably somewhere up there too, certainly the biggest non-sculpture model I've seen, although it depends on what you classify as a model. If you count combined layouts that are made by more than one person, then there are much larger ones.

There was a guy on DA making his own lego colossus.
I also have a lego ship lying around somewhere.
-
Once I made my own lego Colossus when I was about 10 - 12, and it was way too square (due to the bricks needed that I didn't have). And it kept breaking...I think in the middle, or the "handle" of the water gun fell off...
It has long been destroyed, however, along with all 30, 000 micro organisms on board... ;)

I miss my Lego RFL-3N Rifleman.

=O You made one ? Awesome. I tried to make a Timber Wolf, but it was too top heavy.
-
Holy Hell.
But can you play with that?

I'm heavily resisting the urge to tell a dark joke about the Challenger and/or the Columbia. :shaking:
